THE REAL BULL ARE COMING?

KUALA LUMPUR: OSK Investment Research said on April 24 the stock market was starting to show the symptoms of a typical bull market, according to its technical charts.
In a research note, it said firstly, investors were not afraid at all as the KL Composite Index approached the 76.6 points RSI on April 23, which helped the KLCI stretch its gains within the overbought territory.

“Another very positive development is that this time, it was the broader market which fueled buying sentiment on the KLCI component stocks instead, eventually sending the key index higher by 10.06 points,” it said.

The research house said that it was not impossible for the key index to stretch the current uptrend. Although the market has entered overbought territory, the KLCI could still rally further and carry the daily RSI over the 80 point-mark.

“We have seen this happen many times before in a typical bull market in the past, especially when the weekly and monthly RSIs are far from being overbought,” it said.

OSK Research said of course, the key technical indicator to watch out today is the daily RSI, which is now trading at the 79 point-level.

It said while the market is becoming more and more overbought, but the conviction and confidence of buyers were also improving by the day since the breakout from the 100-day MAV line. This type of market sentiment was essential at this stage to carry the KLCI further away from the 200-day MAV line.

“Yesterday’s rally is the initial confirmation of a decisive violation of the 200-day MAV line. Meanwhile, the near-term technical outlook of the KLCI remains firmly bullish. We are still eyeing a strong support at the 200-day MAV line, which is now situated at the 959-level,” it said.

OSK Research said an additional support was seen at the 936-level, followed by the 925-level. To the upside, continue to look for the 1,000-level as the next formidable resistance.

NO HOLDS BARRED

IRIMM secretary-general M Thajudeen, who is also a PPP supreme council member, described the Malaysia Today commentators as “uneducated beasts”.

"The blog owner's licence should be revoked, while the commentators should be exiled from the country. They are not Malaysians."

"We urge all Malaysians to show respect towards the monarchy. No one should be allowed to make criticisms against the royal institution," said Thajudeen.

IRIMM president Amir Amsaa added, "This is not the first time that abusive comments have posted on the website."

"We hope that by lodging this police report, the government will finally draw a line in stopping these people from making remarks that ridicule the monarchy."

"The Malay rulers must be defended because they are the symbols of Islam and the Malay race in this country."

*************************************************

Women moan and sigh and with clenched teeth call me a beast. “You are an animal…oooooo…but I just love it,” they would say with a deep trembling voice as they dive under the blanket to get a second helping of a dish they had never tasted before. But an uneducated beast? No, this is the first time anyone has ever called me an uneducated beast. Beast, yes! But uneducated, never!

That is the trouble with Muslims. They look for symbols. Now the Malay rulers are symbols of Islam. At the end of the day that is all you have left, symbols, nothing but mere symbols.

I have read the Quran from cover to cover, many times over, and I have never once found any mention of symbols of Islam in the Quran. I know green has sometimes been associated with Islam. So has the crescent or one-quarter moon. But even then these were later inventions and not decrees from God as laid down in the Quran.

Now these Mamaks are hot under the collar about Malaysia Today’s commentators not showing respect to the symbols of Islam. And they have come out to make police reports in an effort to defend the symbols of Islam. And they want those who did not show respect to the symbols of Islam to be exiled from Malaysia. Yes, exile. And what if the police do not escort us to the Thai border to exile us from Malaysia? Should we then impose self-exile in the true spirit of defending the symbols of Islam?

Do these Mamaks know that this is what is wrong with Islam? Islam is suffering from a serious image problem because of the conduct of Muslims. No, it is not the Jews, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, etc., who are running down Islam. They do not need to. Muslims are doing a good job all by themselves without the need of any help from those of the other religions. Did I not say many times that Muslims are Islam’s worst enemies? And was I right or was I right?

Muslims regard ‘true’ Islam by the symbols and rituals. As long as you fly these symbols high and religiously perform your rituals then everything is honky dory and peachy rosy. Never mind about the substance. Substance is not crucial. Symbols and rituals are all that matter.

The tudung is mandatory. All women must wear the tudung and no one had better question or dispute the issue or else you will be considered a deviant or apostate. The fact that Malay Muslim women civil servants arrested and charged for corruption appear to all be wearing the tudung, and so far I am yet to see an ‘uncovered’ Malay Muslim women civil servant being dragged to court (maybe I missed that particular news item), is not an important matter that needs debate.

Do not dispute the tudung. The tudung is mandatory. Just make sure your wife (or wives) and daughters were it. That is all. Never mind that they may not be good Muslims under that tudung and are in fact corrupted and take bribes. The tudung is a symbol of Islam and only symbols matter. Conduct does not.

Sure, the rulers are symbols of Islam. So we must defend the rulers and take action against anyone who insults the rulers because those who insult the rulers are insulting Islam.

No, we can never allow anyone to insult the symbol of Islam. If they do then all the Mamaks in this land will close their nasi kandar stalls and rush to the police station to make police reports. And after that we shall stand outside the police station and shout slogans like Hidup Mamak! Daulat Tuanku! Allah Akbar!

Do these Mamaks realise that not all their so-called symbols of Islam lead an Islamic lifestyle? There are also unsavoury characters amongst those symbols of Islam. You mean you did not know that some are hard-core gamblers who spend millions upon millions of the rakyat’s money in casinos all over the world? Some drink like a fish. Others make Sex in the City appear like a children’s matinee.

Don’t talk to me about symbols of Islam. That is utter crap and we all know it. There is nothing Islamic about these so-called symbols of Islam save for a few who I would really regard as true Caliphs. The rest I would not trust further than I can throw them.

Oh, and please, please make another police report against me. And while you are at it you can also tell them that I have asked Malaysians to boycott Mamak shops just to teach you a lesson. It is you Mamaks who tried to trigger an anti-Chinese riot in Penang soon after Lim Guan Eng took office as Chief Minister.

What, you thought you wanted to start another May 13 in Penang so that the government can fall and Barisan Nasional can take back the state? You guys are dangerous racists. It was you Mamaks who almost started a Hindu-Muslim war in Penang back in the 1990s.

Yes, it was Mamak versus Hindu Indians, not Malays. The Malays were not involved. Then you summoned the Malays from Perak and Kedah to come to Penang to join you in this ‘holy war’. And the bodoh Malays who did not know anything started sharpening their parangs to go to Penang. Luckily Anwar Ibrahim stepped in just in time to stop what would have been bloodshed.

Aiyah, Mamak, stop lah all this nonsense. We do not need a Hindu-Muslim war in Malaysia like you had in India. Two million people died when you Mamaks and Hindus fought each other 50 years ago in India.

Malays are actually quite peaceful. But the problem is they are also quite stupid and it is so easy to hasut the Malays to mengamuk. And you Mamaks are good at that. Luckily, last year, when you tried to start an anti-Chinese riot in Penang, the Malays did not respond. So, in the end, it became a MIC-PPP gathering shouting anti-Chinese slogans.

Now you want to hasut the Malays with this police report and allege that Malaysia Today’s readers are not respectful to the symbols of Islam. Are you hoping that the Malay parangs start flying? Whose head do you hope these parangs will chop? Chinese heads?

I get it. Someone must have told you that the majority of Malaysia Today’s readers are Chinese. Well, that is not quite true. There are many Malays in here too. And make sure that these Malays don’t start to mengamuk. The Malays in Malaysia Today are not anti-Chinese. They are anti-whoever tries to stir race riots. And we know how to deal with such people

HUDUD VS COMMON LAW

Poor pregnant mum jailed a day and fined RM1,000
By MEERA VIJAYAN AND AUSTIN CAMOENS, The Star

JOHOR BARU: A pregnant woman was sentenced to one day in jail and fined RM1,000 after she told a Magistrates court she stole baby clothes worth over RM150 because she was too poor to pay for it.

Housewife Chai Suk Yee, 26, from Taman Daya, was charged with committing the offence at Level 2 of Jusco Tebrau City at around 3.30pm on April 23.

She was accused of stealing a list of 10 items of baby clothes and accessories worth RM158.70.

Chai, who pleaded guilty, told Magistrate Hafizah Johor Ariff Johor that she took the clothes for her unborn child because she could not afford to buy the clothes.

She also said that she was unemployed and her husband did not have a stable job.

Hafizah then sentenced her to one day jail and an RM1,000 fine or one month jail if the fine was not paid. Chai paid the fine.

*************************************************

The detractors of Islam love to talk about hand cutting. They are of course referring to the Islamic Shariah law called Hudud, which deals with seven specific crimes. Hudud, for the uninitiated, is only one of the many Shariah laws. But this appears to be the only Shariah law yet to be introduced in Malaysia. The others are already in place.

Okay, before anyone jumps on my case, let me categorically state that I am opposed to Malaysia being turned into a theocracy. And, no, it is not because I am anti-Islam. It is because Malaysia has a parliamentary system that chooses its government using the Westminster system and therefore that makes Malaysia a secular and not theocratic state.

If they run a referendum and, say, 66.6% of Malaysians vote for the parliamentary system to be abolished and for the Federal Constitution to be amended so that Malaysia can be turned into a theocracy, then I have no problems with that since it represents the wishes of 66.6% of Malaysians. For that matter, if 66.6% of Malaysians pass a referendum to turn Malaysia into a Republic I also would have no problems with that.

Okay, back to the issue of the Star’s news item above. Malaysia is NOT a theocracy, and for sure not an Islamic State. And, therefore, we have common law and not Hudud law. So Chai Suk Yee, the poor pregnant woman in the report above, will not lose her hand for the crime of stealing baby clothes worth RM158. Instead, she goes to jail.

But that is just it. Even if we did have Hudud as the law of the land she would still not be punished anyway. Now, Suk Yee has to go to jail for one day and pay a fine of RM1,000 -- or else go to jail for another month if she fails to pay the fine. Can you imagine a pregnant woman having to go to jail for 31 or 32 days because she was too poor and had no choice but to steal baby clothes?

Under Hudud law, Suk Yee would be asked why she stole. And if the thief is as rich as Daim Zainuddin who steals not because he is poor but because he is just downright greedy, then even I agree that his hand should be chopped off. I mean, RM42 billion of the raykat’s money not enough or what? Still have to steal RM158 baby clothes on top of that?

If Suk Yee is proven to be really poor and needs to steal out of necessity, then the authorities would be summoned to court and would be asked how come Suk Yee is so poor that she needs to steal. Assuming Suk Yee was not getting any aid from the government -- maybe because she is not a Bumiputera and not an Umno member -- then those in charge of dishing out aid would be chided by the court.

The court would order that the state looks after Suk Yee. And if the state fails to do so, then those in charge would face the wrath of the court. Suk Yee would not be punished. The state would. And the state would be punished because it did not look after Suk Yee resulting in her being forced to steal for a living.

That is the other side of Hudud never discussed. Okay, okay, okay, I know. Now some of you are going to argue that Hudud may not be that bad after all but you are more worried about the implementation or abuse of that law. What happens if someone is fixed up and loses a hand because of that? You can’t sew the hand back on.

True. But the same goes for all other ‘less-cruel-than-Hudud’ laws as well. If they plant bullets or drugs in your car and then send you to the gallows for this, can they bring you back to life if later they discover you have been fixed up? Once you are dead you are dead. They cannot reverse your death after hanging you from the gallows even if they find you innocent later.

So it is not about whether Hudud can be abused or not. All laws can be abused. The issue is not only in the laws itself, but also in how they abuse those laws. For that matter, the Internal Security Act, as it was originally intended, is a good law. But the ISA is never used as it was originally intended. It is used to silence dissent and opposition. So we oppose the ISA because it is being abused.

Okay, say the government abolishes the ISA as what we want. Do you think that is the end of our problems? No! There are still many other laws, other than the ISA, which the government can use to stifle dissent and curtail free speech.

More important than abolishing the ISA and all those other laws would be to abolish the present government. Then the laws would not be abused. Then people like Suk Yee would not go to jail because she was too poor and had to steal RM158 worth of baby clothes.

By the way, if anyone can help me track down Suk Yee I would like to reimburse her the fine of RM1,000 that she paid. It is my duty as a Muslim to ensure that poor people do not become victims of a cruel system. Doing otherwise would mean I have failed in my duty as a Muslim. Just drop me a message and I will get back to you.

Catitan In-Station Kat Lokap Polis IPK Perlis

Episod mlm tu scoofield dah dpt msk ke dlm bilik kebal utk ambik scylla tu, lepas tu general tu nmpak scoofield dan terus ajak body guard dia masuk bilik kebal ikut pintu depan, tapi sebenarnya scofield dah agak dah, depa (scofield, abg dia, sucre, mahone) memang nak prangkap general utk ambik kad yg last skali depa tak dpt, lps general msk depa tahan general minta kad dan terus buka scylla, lepas tu depa kluar ikut pintu depan skali general. depa dah tau kat jalan masuk grechen dgn t-bag dah tunggu utk rampas scylla. lepas depa masuk lift, general guna mata dia utk activate lift gerak ke atas, lepas tu..............jeng2....
Ada orang ketuk pintu dan bagi salam, sy pun p buka pintu tengok2 ada 3 orang kat luar, depa dah lompat pagar masuk ke kawasan rumah sy sbb pagar semua dah kunci. depa perkenal diri dari balai polis kangar nak bawa sy ke balai untuk ambik keterangan untuk kes curi. semua skali ada 5 orang anggota, 3 melayu 2 india, sorang pangkat inspektor, yang lain sarjan dan kopral. sy cuba slow talk dgn inspektor tu cuba minta sy akan datang pg esok, tapi dia kata tak boleh, kena pi sgera, dia kata untuk ambik keterangan saja, lepas tu blh balik. tapi sy rasa lain macam saja, memang rasa depa nak tahan untuk malam ni, sbb tengok polis2 lain mcm tak puas hati saja, depa dok pressure srh sy ikut arahan depa sgera. lepas try 2-3 kali nego tak blh juga, sy pun mengalah la, nanti kalau sy lawan kot2 depa tembak pula. sy pun dah lama tak pegang senjata api, dulu slalu dok guna m16 masa masuk wataniah.
Sy pun masuk dalam tukar baju, ambik ic ikut depa. memang rasa amat tak puas hati cara depa tahan, macamlah sy ni penjenayah besar, kalau call srh pi balai lagi senang. sebelum ni dah 3 kali sy pi balai utk kes sy ni. lepas masuk masuk terus jalan, masa dalam van depa dok sound sy pasai apa susah nak ikut depa, dok cakap byk. sy pun sound la depa yg sy tak buat salah apa pun, ni buka cara betoi utk depa buat keja , tangkap orang baik yang tak salah. tadi masa kat rumah ada mak sy, jadi depan org tua2 depa tak tunjuk sgt keganasan depa, masa kat van depa terus gari dan gertak sy, sy buat rileks saja, tak takut pun, sbb waktu training wataniah dah biasa dah. cuma sy tanya pasai waran dan cara depa tahan sy tak betoi, depa kata depa betoi dan ikut undang2, sy pun senyap saja la, nanti kalau cakap byk kena belasah pula. yg nampak ganas tu kopral melayu yang veteran sikit, cuba nak takutkan sy, yg inspektor tu mudah lagi, senyap saja.
Sy sampai kat balai lebih kurang pukul 12 mlm, depa isi borang masuk lokap, sy sign borang, bagi ic terus dibawa ke lokap. time tu sy pun tak byk ckp, susah nak ckp dgn org2 mcm ni. sepatutnya ikut prosedur undang2 depa kena baca hak sy sebelum digari, baca sebab apa sy ditahan, dibawah undang2 apa dan seksyen apa. sy slalu tengok CSI, NCSI, Criminal Mind , LA Law dll apa yg depa buat memang tak professional, main belasah ikut depa saja. inilah yang dikatakan salahguna kuasa anggota polis.
sebelum masuk ke bilik lokap sy diarahkan tukar baju, baju dgn sluar sy disimpan kat lokar, sy dibagi sluar pendek dgn baju lokap warna unggu yg bertulis 'lokap polis'. warna ungu bermaksud tahanan jangka pendek. sluar spender juga ak dibenarkan dipakai msk lokap. semua brg2 lain seperti handphone, laptop, wallet, duit tak dibenarkan dibawa ke dalam lokap. sy memang tak bawa apa2 pun kecuali salinan report polis yg sy buat dan agreement berkaitan kes sy. sy memang dah jangka nak kena msk lokap masa tukar baju kat rupa, kalau sy bawa handset, duit dan lain2 memang senang nak hilang kat situ. ingat sebelum kena. lepas tukar baju terus dibawa ke bilik lokap no 8 , polis2 yg jaga lokap yg berpangkap konstabel semua nmpk tak puas hati dgn sy sbb sy tak nmpak takut atau gabra, rasa masa syok saja nak masuk dlm, depa tanya kes apa, sy pun bg tau la. kini status sy adalah sah secara rasmi sebagai seorang suspek atau OKT (orang kena tuduh) yang ditahan di lokap kangar.
Kat lokap balai tu ada lebih kurang 10 bilik kecik2 bersaiz lebih kurang 4m x 4m. sy di masukkan ke bilik no 8, kat situ ada 2 org lagi suspek kes dadah bernama zam. depa 2 tu orang kuala perlis, dah byk kali kluar-masuk lokap. lepas berkenalan sy pun cerita kes sy kat depa, depa pun support sy kata sy tak salah, tgk muka pun dah tau. lepas tu depa pun cerita kes2 depa, sembang2 smpai pkl 3-4 baru rasa mengantuk, try nak tidor tapi tak lena. tempat tu dah la kecik, busuk dan panas. nasib baik dapat roomate yg blh masuk juga. depa pun tak ganas, byk bantu bg info. pada malam sy masuk tu lokap agak sesak, ada lebih kurang 50 puluh orang semua skali, semua tahanan lelaki. tahanan pompuan diletak disebelah kiri bangunan, ada 2-3 bilik saja, jarang la tahanan pompuan msk lokap. pada malam sy masuk lokap tu keadaan kat dalam lokap memang bising, ada yg sembang, dok nyanyi, dok mandi dan mcm2 lagi. pkl 5 pagi baru reda. pkl 6 pagi terjaga dengar azan subuh, sy bangun solat kemudian cuba smbg tidor balik walaupun susah nak lena. pukul 7 pagi checker bawa mai roti 2 biji sorang berintikan kacang/jem dgn teh o panas dlm bekas plastik, lepas breakfast terus sambung sembang dengan roomate. depa 2 memang byk exprience buat jahat, syok juga dengar criter depa, sy ikut jalan baik tak byk sgt criter best2, depa ikut jalan lain, memang byk pengalaman - hisap ganja, pit, ais, arak, disko, bohsia, pelacur siam, gro china, pusat serenti, penjara, dan byk lagi. smbgggggg...

Hari kedua ( 21/4/09)
Saya bangun lepas dikejutkan oleh checker utk solat subuh, dia bg kain pelekat dgn sejadah, dah lama tak basuh bau hapak. Kat sel 8 sy sorang saja yg bangun solat subuh yg lain smbg tidor. Selmate yg 2 org tu memang tak solat, sy dah cuba nasihat tapi depa senyap saja. Kat sel2 lain ada juga yg solat tapi ramai yg tak , kat sel no 9 sebelah kana nada sorang remaja umur 17 thn nama hadi suspek kes rogol, dia ni rajin solat siap dgn wirit panjang lagi. Lepas solat sy smbg tidor semula, dalam pukul 7 pagi checker bw mai breakfast, roti inti kacang/jam sorang 2 biji skali tea o panas bungkus. Lepas breakfast sambung sembang2 dgn selmate @ roommate, depa ni memang byk experience betol.
Sampai saja kat kawasan mahkamah, sy nampak ramainya orang, nasib baik tak nampak org yg kenal sy, malu juga jadi suspek ni walaupun kita ni innocent. Perspeksi masyarakat yg tak pandai fikir akan kata kita dah bersalah, alasan depa amat mudah, kalau tak salah macam mana kena tangkap. Tapi malangnya sorang pun tak nampak batang hidung.
Dengan perasaan kecewa sy pun cuba pinjam handset sorang anggota polis yg dok guard depan kandang tu, tapi dia tak bagi. Nasib baik tahanan lain yg pakai baju biasa ada bawa handset, sy pun pinjam sat handset dia utk call abang sy, Tanya dia dok kat mana, dia kata on the way, nasib baik. Ingatkan tadak org yg sudi mai tengok sy. 30 minit kemudian dia smpai dengan mak sys kali dengan datok zul – bekas anggota polis kat balai polis jitra. Sekarang dia dah jadi kontraktor kelas F jv dgn abang sy. Dato Zul jumpa sy dan bg tau jgn risau, rileks saja. Sebenarnya sy memang cool, tak gabra pun, Cuma malu la sikit2. Dia kata lepas ni lawyer akan minta hakim bagi ikat jamin, blh balik rumah.
Malangnye dia silap, mungkin undang2 kat jitra tak sama dgn kangar. Polis kangar lebih skema, semalam pun depa dah datang balai nak jumpa sy tapi tak boleh. Depa mai dalam pukul 12 lebih. Pkl 10 sy dibawa polis jumpa hakim @ majisret , sorang prempuan melayu betudung agak gemuk, anggota polis tu serahkan boring mohon reman 5 hari, majistret tu pun tgk, sign2, lepas tu dia Tanya sy ada nak cakap apa2.
Masa tu lawyer pun smpai, dia bg tau prosedur memang macam tu, lepas tempoh reman baru blh ikat jamin dan jumpa lawyer.
Air minum (air kosong) kena share dgn 1 gelas yg agak kotor, ikut maklumat selmate depa bagi tau yg makanan kat lokap dah byk improve, thn lepas tiap2 hari ikan rebus saja, air pun air biasa saja , tu pun kena minum dgn baldi toilet. Lepas Theres Kok komplen kata makanan tahan reman macam makanan anjingg baru la sedkit perubahan dibuat, memang sy bernasib baik, kalau tak 4 hari tak makan nasi. Lepas solat isyak sy pun mula rasa ngantok, time tu dalam pukul 11 mlm hujan pun turun lebas, suhu agak sejuk, bilik lokap pun semakin sunyi sebab ramai yg dah diikat jamin, kami semua pun tidor awal la sbb dah selama tak blh lelap. So mlm kedua blh la tidor nyenyak sikit walaupun 3-5 kali terjaga sebab ada cikgu datang melawat, ada suspek kluarkan bunyi mengeruh yg sgt kuat, nyamuk gigit dan sebagainya. Dalam pkl 6 checker mai kejut bangun solat subuh skali htr kain pelikat dgn sejadah. Lepas solat terus sambung tidor sampai cerah.
Hari ke 3 (22/4/09)
Macam biasa pukul 7 pagi breakfast sampai, menu biasa roti 2 biji dgn teo panas bungkus. Mengikut maklumat selmate memang tiap2 hari breakfast kat situ makan roti. Sy pun ngap saja la, dalam pukul 9 ada cikgu mai ambik sy kluar jumpa IO (investigation officer) yg bernama inspector rodiah sorang prempun melayu masih muda dan bujang lagi. Dia yg siasat kes sy. Tujuan sy dibawa jumpa dia adalah utk ambik keterangan ataupun statement. Dengan tangan bergari sy pun dibawa ke bilik dia kat tingkat 1 bangunan bersebelahan lokap. Dia suruh cerita apa yg berlaku, sy pun bg tau ikut report polis yg sy dah buat, dia Tanya detail background sy, keja, pendidikan, keluarga, dan lain2.
Macam biasa lps subuh tidor semula, breakfast pkl 7 pagi roti 2 biji dgn tea o panas. Koperal yg bertugas kat dlm bilik tu pun sporting, dia kenal sy tapi sy tak kenal dia, dia pun simpati dgn sy. Sy minta nak ambik copy gmbr dgn cap jari, dia pun kata tadak mslh, dia srh mai ambik bln dpn. Anggota polis berbangsa cina tu pun hairan smbil bertanya kat sy pasai apa nak ambik gmbr tu nak buat apa, sy pun bg tau yg nak mskkan dlm blog, dia pun Tanya lagi blog tu apa, sy pun explain kat dia, dia kata hang tak malu ka kalau org tau hang masuk lokap, sy pun bg tau nak malu buat apa, sy bukan buat salah pun.
Best nyer. Sebelah petang dalam pukul 4 family sy datang melawat, sepatutnya mereka tak dibenarkan melawat semasa dalam tahanan reman, tapi disebabkan oleh cable KP sy dibenarkan jumpa family. Lepas tu sy dibawa oleh 4 org anggota polis termasuk inspector rodiah ke rumah sy utk mengambil barang rampasan yg sy ambik kat ccxpert. Time tu memang agak suspen sikit sebab sy dgn pakaian banduan dgn tangan bergari smpai ke kampong sendiri memang dipandang serong oleh orang2 kampung. Apa yg sy risaukan skali ialah kesihatan mak sy yg sakit darah tinggi dgn lemah jantung, nanti kalau org kampong do kutuk apa2 dia yg bermasalah pula. Sy ni ok saja, tough and cool, memang terlatih utk menghadapi situasi mcm ni. Lepas ambik brg2 komputer2 tu sy pun dibawa kembali ke lokap.
Sampai saja kat lokap tgk2 selmate tinggal sorang saja, yg sorang lagi telah dibebaskan dgn pengawasan polis. Yg sorang ni diperintahkan masuk ke pusat serenti kat Benta Pahang, hri sabtu baru nak kena bawa , Sementra tunggu sabtu ni dia ditempatkan ke dalam lokap semula. Pada sebelah mlm kami minta tukar sel, sy ke sel no 3, dia ke sel no 2 utk jumpa member2 baru, dah lama dok dgn dia dah tadak apa nak cerita. Kat sel no 3 ada 2 org lagi tahanan, sorang pemuda melayu umur 25 thn dari jejawi perlis keja sendiri ambik upah buat bendang, kesalahan kes salahguna dadah, sedang direman di penjara alor setar, kes sedang dibicarakan di mahkamah kangar, dah 2 bulan dok kat alor star. Tak ikat jamin sebab tak dak duit. Dia pun cerita pengalaman ngeri kat penjara alor star, lebih teruk dari drama Prison Break. Yg sorang lagi sorang lelaki melayu umur 45 thn keja kampong kat sungai baru kes dadah juga, dah 2 kali kena tangkap tapi dilepaskan semula sbb result urine test negative, kali ni dah 3 hari dok lokap tgh tunggu result urine test yg ambik masa dalam 7-8 hari. Kalau negative selamat, kalau positif kena masuk jel atau pusat serenti.
Last Day – 24/4/09
Lepas solat subauh pukul 6 pagi sy dpt roommate baru, sorang warga myanmar, nama sy tak ingat, kes tadak passport, cakap melayu pun tak brapa ok. Kami digari skali, lelaki patani tu direman 3 hari utk siasatan manakala sy akan dibebaskan dib alai polis lepas sign surat jaminan polis. Lepas majistret sign surat pembebasan sy pun dibawa kembali ke balai, dibuka gari dan dibalai ke bilik inspector rodiah utk sign surat jaminan pembebasan. Lepas tu sy dibebaskan, horrayyy, akhirkan jadi orang bebas juga………………….

APA YG BERLAKU JELAS MENUNJUKKAN PIHAK POLIS TIDAK PROFESSIONAL, ADIL DAN BERHEMAH DALAM MENYELESAIKAN KES KECIL INI. INI BUKANNYA JENAYAH KERANA SAYA YANG TERLEBIH DAHULU MEMBUAT LAPORAN. KES INI BOLEH DISELESAIKAN DI LUAR BALAI POLIS. PIHAK POLIS MEMBERI ALASAN YANG MEREKA HANYA IKUT UNDANG2, JIKA ADA LAPORAN MEREKA AKAN IKUT PROSEDUR TANGKAP, REMAN, SIASAT DAN DAKWA. BAGI SAYA SEMUA INI MENGARUT DAN HANYA MEMBUANG MASA, MERUGIKAN DUIT RAKYAT SAJA. KITA BAYAR GAJI POLIS UNTUK TANGKAP PENJENAYAH SEBENAR, BUKANNYA UNTUK TANGKAP ORANG YANG TAK BERSALAH. KES SAYA INI TAK PERLU DI SIASAT, SEBAB DAH JELAS SAYA MENGAKU AMBIK BARANG2 KOMPUTER. SEPATUTNYA BIAR SAYA SELESAIKAN DENGAN PAKISTAN BERKENAAN. MEMANG ADA KESILAPAN KECIL DALAM PERJANJIAN JUAL-BELI YANG BAGI KELEBIHAN KAT PAKISTAN UNTUK KENAKAN SAYA, TAPI REALITINYA SAYA JUAL BISNIS ITU DENGAN IKHLAS TANPA ADA APA2 PENIPUAN, INI YANG PALING PENTING BUKANNYA PROSEDUR, PROTOKOL DAN PERJANJIAN. SAYA ADA SAKSI2 PENTING UNTUK KES INI TAPI PEGAWAI PENYIASAT BUAT TIDAK TAHU SAHAJA, DIA LEBIH PERCAYAKAN PAKISTAN DARI ORANG MALAYSIA. APA DAH JADI DENGAN POLIS MALAYSIA? SAYA MEMANG TIDAK BERPUAS HATI DENGAN PAKISTAN DAN JUGA POLIS YANG HANDLE KES SAYA INI. DAH KENA LOKAP 4 HARI TANPA DIBERIKAN HAK ASASI - JUMPA KELUARGA, PEGUAM, GUNA TELEFON, BACA BUKU/QURAN, DAN LAIN2. DAH LA DISUMBAT SEKALI DENGAN MAT2 PIT SERTA PENJENAYAH2 REAL YANG MUNGKIN ADA VIRUS HIV DAN JUGA LAIN2 PENYAKIT BAHAYA. MEMANG MULAI HARI INI SAYA DAH TAK RESPEK POLIS MALAYSIA SAMA SKALI. POLIS TAK TAU BEZAKAN YANG MANA JENAYAH, YANG MANA BUKAN JENAYAH, YANG MANA BAIK DAN YANG MANA BURUK. PARA PENJENAYAH DILEPASKAN MANAKALA ORANG BAIK DITANGKAP MASUK LOKAP. MALAYSIA DAH JADI NEGARA POLIS, SEMUA ORANG TAKUT KAT POLIS WALAUPUN TAK LAKUKAN KESALAHAN. ORANG YANG LAKUKAN KESALAHAN BOLEH JADI KAWAN POLIS SEBAB BAGI RASUAH KAT POLIS. KAT DALAM LOKAP PUN ADA RASUAH, BANYAK PERKARA YANG TIDAK PATUT BERLAKU DALAM LOKAP. BANYAK TAHANAN YANG KENA BELASAH UNTUK DAPATKAN PENGAKUAN, BANYAK TAHANAN YANG DIBULI. NASIB TAHANAN BERGANTUNG SEPENUHNYA KEPADA IO (PEGAWAI PENYIASAT) DAN BUKANNYA UNDANG2. POLIS ADALAH POLIS, HAKIM DAN MAHKAMAH. MEREKA BOLEH TENTUKAN NASIB TAHANAN NAK JADI MACAM MANA, POLIS PUN NAK JADI TUHAN, BOLEH TAMATKAN RIWAYAT TAHANAN MACAM MENDIANG A KUGAN. PIHAK POLIS TIDAK MAHU BERFIKIR SEBAB APA BANYAK KEJADIAN JENAYAH DILAKUKAN OLEH ORANG YANG SAMA SPERTI KES2 DADAH. BANYAK MAT2 PIT YANG DAH LEBIH 10 KALI MASUK-KLUAR JEL. MEMANG JELAS POLIS BUKANNYA NAK SELESAI MASALAH , MEREKA NAK KERJA , SUKA TANGKAP ORANG. SAYA DAH MULA SETUJU DENGAN PENDAPAT YANG MENGATAKAN PDRM (POLIS DI RAJA MALAYSIA) DAH JADI PRDM (POLIS RAJA DI MALAYSIA). AKHIR SEKALI SAYA MENYERU SUPAYA SEMUA ANGGOTA POLIS BEKERJA JGN IKUT UNDANG2 SEMATA2, GUNALAH AKAL FIKIRAN, BUDI BICARA, COMMON SENSE UNTUK SELESAIKAN KES2 YANG KECIL2 MACAM KES SAYA. JANGAN BERMEGAH, BELAGAK, SOMBONG DAN EGO BILA ANDA MEMAKAI UNIFORM POLIS. SAYA TIDAK MAHU PERKARA SEBEGINI BERLAKU KEPADA ORANG2 LAIN YANG TIDAK BERSALAH TERPAKSA MERINGKUK DALAM LOKAP MACAM PENJENAYAH BESAR.

ps- sapa2 yg teringin nak msk lokap minta advise sy dulu, gmbr2 kat lokap tak dpt ambik, gmbr2 sy time cap jari, scan mata akan diupload bln dpn

'Varsity students are adults'

KUALA LUMPUR: Stop treating university students as if they were still in school.

Deputy Higher Education Minister Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah, who said this, added that it was important for these students to be treated as adults since there was a stark contrast between university and secondary school.

"The first difference is their age. According to law, 18 is the age of maturity. So if the person commits a crime, he or she can be charged. And some students are already 21 and eligible to vote.

"So, I urge for them to be acknowledged as adults and not treated like schoolchildren," he said at the Kolej Teknologi Yayasan Pendidikan Cheras-iTWEB fifth convocation ceremony yesterday.

Saifuddin said university students could think and decide on their own as they were groomed to become intellectuals.

"I hope the university's student affairs department can understand the amendments made to the Universities and University Colleges Act.

"We are still receiving complaints that students are not allowed to do things permitted by the act just because the universities are worried. This is an old way of thinking."

GLOBALISASI – SATU DUNIA BARU

DARI JELEBU

Hishamuddin Rais

New World Order – Satu Dunia Baru.
